BROADMOOR5008 Simplicity
Simplicity Broadmoor 50-Inch Lawn Tractor
Model Year: 2010

This has been one of the best lawn tractors that I have used. Super easy to pull the deck to sharpen blades. The tractor is much quieter and smoother then previous lawn tractors and current neighbors tractors. It provides an excellent cut with the triple blades and floating deck. The only issues have been self imposed. Did not pull shielding and clean out engine fins and lost the left hand head valve guide due to over heating. $176 assembled head and it was running in half a day.

Pros: Quiet, smooth and cuts well.
Cons: Full length roller on aft edge of the deck sometimes scraps grass in tight corners.
