Is that what that was...now I know.

Guess I had mistaken it for a tree and fence killer and put it out in the barn with the rest of my JUNK. Some day (like the day after I take out a car window as I've done twice in my life)
*I'll make a rubber one that doesn't kill trees and tear up fences.

Would be cool to see in this thread ideas for such designs.
*My bx23 has a steel one and the BX1500 has a rubber or plastic one.

What is the best (most useful) modification that you have made to your tractor?

Auxiliary defroster fans for the windshield for the B3030. The factory fan doesn't blow enough air to keep the windshield from fogging up. i got the fans off a retired school bus. They work great.

I've had the same window fogging when snowblowing with our B3030HSDC.The auxiliary fans are something I've thought about seriously, but after the cab warms up,opening one or both of the side windows,or the rear window help a lot.Seems like when blowing snow the humidity is 150% with all that snow flying everywhere.

I like that idea! So simple...why didn't I think of that earlier?

Build a very simple, inexpensive but strong dolly for my 6' Bush Hog yesterday. Now it rolls around like a 760# roller skate. :)

Hi heres my best mods. Concentrating on landscaping, easy to change tools.
The tilt bucket is for planing or loose material digging. Next to the org. Kubota bucket is a "gate" standing, this is to be welded on the Kubota bucket.
I lenghted my lift arms because I could find any plow that would fit the BX24, they are now 10cm longer than standard. I fitted a main switch aswell, my insurence company wanted that.

Add a telescoping boom and you will be in competition with a Gradall!:D

I do not have any pictures but here is a website for Gradalls.

Gradall Hydraulic Excavators | Telescoping Boom

Gradalls are maybe one of the best pieces of equipment out there for doing mechanized landscaping. Your backhoe revision would make for an awesome piece of equipment for many jobs.:D:D

Man, thats really serious stuff! Now I remember what a Gradall is, yes my tilting bucket is a mini mini version:D
