Do you have a way to unload the tires and get them back on the tractor once they are filled? They will weigh over 200# each.
Don't know how close to Seymore you are, but gas prices are pretty low right now.
Loading the tires unfilled into the pickup truck bed was easy enough. I ended up getting them filled in Corydon at DeereCountry. They had the same pricing($3/gallon) as the Seymour store and were a 1/2 hour closer. Anyhow, they left the wheels in the truck bed while they filled them. Just stood them up in the gap where the bed and tailgate meet. We laid them down for the ride home. I just slid them off the edge of the tailgate and let them drop to the ground(landing on the rubber standing up of course.) Then rolled them over to the tractor and mounted them just like you would a car tire. Instead of lifting and rotating the wheels I just spun the hub and adjusted the height with my jack. It was very easy and well worth the $100 bucks I saved in the process.
The only thing I did not care for was when they filled them they had no way of measuring how much ballast they actually added. The filler had no read out gauge like a gas pump would. He said he could tell by the sound
Any how it went well and I did some clearing in my woods shortly after installing. BIG difference. I'm glad I did it.
Here are some pics of how I jacked it up. The last pic is my pathetic parking spot until I get a detached garage built. It gonna really be tight with the BH on. I waxed the wheels while I had them off
