Totally different mirrors. The 05 had what I like to call big car mirrors. totally useless if you pull a trailer. The 06 had regular truck mirrors. Of course I also wanted the 6 speed allison and the newer style engine with more horsepower and torque. but my wife is absolutely convinced it was just that I wanted the new mirrors.

o i see didnt know you had a heavy duty thought it was a 1500. and the tow mirrors on my truck will fit on any model 1500 or heavy duty from 2001-2007.heres the mirrors on my truck

They didnt use Mack cabs, they were produced by Sheller Globe, and are a bit smaller than the Mack cabs. Also the entire front of the cab is different. Common thought for everyone!!
