BX24 abrupt stop

I never really understood what all the complaining was about until I came to a fast stop in reverse while quickly backing down a hill with a 3pt aerator on the tractor. Even with the front loader on it lifted the front end off he ground and got my attention. After that the problem has popped up but not really bothered me. I have been watching my technique to keep the fronts down.
I have been able to completely eliminate this problem by keeping my foot's weight on the floorboard of the machine. When I am just moving back slightly or slowly I keep my foot flat on the floorboard and slide it back into the pedal I guess this keeps it from releasing too fast but the problem seems to be solved.

right - its all about operator control - but IF when you need to stop in a hurry for any reason - like say (god forbid) a kid walks in the path in you are backing in and need to stop fast ... it can hurt your neck. So this being said - I just wish there was a kubota resolution we can get or aftermarket to buy to lessen this aburt part but still able to stop quickly. The HAS to be SOMETHING out there. (no wisecracks about getting BX25 please). We shouldn't have to give up our beloved BX24's.

Forgot to add - whats if we happen to forget for a second to keep foot on floor like that ? Even the most careful with wonderful saftey record can lose thier attention just for one second. In my book that is all it can talk to get hurt or hurt someone.
