You buy a nice new tractor from Barlow's and I bet they sure will try and get you a new mug + a hat. Now that is a great deal I think. If he can't get the mug I'll get a plain one and write Kubota on it in orange and let him pass it on to you. Then you will have one of a kind coffee mug which will be worth big bucks in a few years.

If you bought a new L or one from a dealer call and tell him you've looked every where on the tractor for the coffee mug and can't find it. Maybe you call and ask if your mug has came in yet. When they act confused you act more confused and say you thought they always came with a mug since your other(s) always did.
