As far as the service.You're paying labor for that price...I maintain my fleet myself...My BX takes about $125 per year, and I change the hydro fluid every year (no one yell at me...I over do it)..Pick up some metric wrenches and an oil filter wrench, an hour or so and you're done. I wouldn't want to deal with batteries..If you out chasing your dinner around, a rundown would be a real bummer

I'm guessing that the RTV will be about the same, if not somewhat less. Including filters and whatnot.

That Ben Frankin for the lights is actually a bargain. Where did they put the switch?..Next to the seat?...Where?

Hey, I'm gonna do the next service myself and that should help with the cost. The switch for my rear lights they mounted as a toggle switch and it sits directly to the left of the seat mounted in the plastic body molding. It's OK but would have preferred to have a rocker switch mounted next to the rocker i used for the front lights. I am including a picture to show the hot wire under my hood that I used for my front lights. After looking at it I'm sure the dealer installed it for my Winch. I had the dealer soften my shocks all the way and I believe it rides better....Lot smoother over the bumpy stuff. I so far like the easy off and on access and the great gas mileage. I think its a nice little machine and its pretty darn tough too. I have lots of gumbo mud and some nice size water holes at my hunting camp and frankly have tried to get it stuck with out any luck. Diff lock/low/4wd and it'll pull through all i thru at it. Take Care..PS I like that orange picture of your 500.....Looking really good!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the pics...Looks like that junction block is probably for the winch..I don't have that under my hood. I see what you're talking about with the switch, that'll work. Is the one in the dash for your front lights?

Wish I would have gone with the camo now...Hate to scratch it, the paint is pretty shiny LOL...Once I put a nice gouge in it I won't care anymore.

I does go like a goat, I haven't been able to stick mine either. Hope I don't, no winch...

TIMSWI looks good...Why didn't you use you two switch plugs in the dash to the left of the steering wheel, Thats where I mounted my front light rocker switch and it made for a nice clean install. Very simple for me because I had the hot and cold connections right behind the dash. I like your orange and wished Id bought it instead of the camo. I don't think the camo's gonna help me kill any more deer....haha....I always park away from were I hunt and walk in so my 500 could be bright pink as far as hunting is concerned. Hey its a nice ride and does the stuff I need it for. I just want the rattle fixed!!!!

I see you mounted some interior lights.. I bought a battery powered $5 light from Wal mart that mounts perfectly on the metal cross bar....Does a really nice job at night.....just amount of light to see what your doing.

I put them under the dash because one of those openings was used up by the snow plow actuator..So I would have had to mount one switch somewhere else anyway...I bought one of those magnetic LED's and mounted it to the crossbar as well...Works nice. I still have the lighter powered LED's on the dash for now.

Thanks for the compliment on the orange...I like it to look at, but like I said, the paint is so nice on this I don't want to scratch it...I looked at the camo, that doesn't seem to be bothered by branches & stuff. I just didnt want to pony up the extra 300 for it (that plow was REALLY expensive), now I kinda wish I would have. But once I mess it up, It'll be 4x4 everywhere in the woods!!!!

Where did you get the rearview mirror? That would be a big help running around the neighborhood. Where is the actuator switch for the winch located?
