Is Markham still in business

These posts are not bashing, I started this thread with the need for info as to anyone having delivery issues / communication problems. When I spend my dollar I want to be sure I get what I pay for as does everyone else. When a product is not receive or followed up with info then I or anyone else wants facts. The fact that most people have had great success with their dealings is great. For those who have not, then a thread helps for them to see that they are not alone. Facts are facts, you spend a thousand dollars, something is suppose to arrive on a date and you wait~~~and wait, not phone calls and no one returns your calls. You would all be posting and calling and doing what ever you could to see what is going on. Facts, that is what we are dealing with, Markham has great equipment I love my grappler. They need to communicate with ALL their customers and these issue would NOT be issues. This thread supports those issues and should continue until those issues are resolved.

Read my post again friend - this time with your glasses on. I did not say that you (or others) were bashing. All I pointed out is that Melissa is not allowed to post responses or updates or anything else on TBN anymore so PLEASE take that into account when starting intentionally or unintentionally damaging threads or rumors against a fine company now unable to publicly explain or defend itself.

I've found that a little patience and communication works wonders. And yes I know - your mileage may vary.

FWIW I contacted Markham last week regarding a light duty grapple and I received a prompt reply. However my follow-up questions have not been replied to, so I will probably use the POTS if I decide to go forward.

Squirrel, again you need to read the thread and understand these are Not rumors, again they are facts. Your need to quell any negative posts is to be commended, but I and others have had issues and it is forums like this that inform others. I for one want facts not rumors, I want to be keep informed by FACTS. So unless you are working for Markham, lighten up have a glass of ice tea and enjoy the forum

All I can say is read the title of the thread and then tell me with a straight face that this isn't the stuff of starting harmful rumors about a company not allowed to defend itself. I am actually disappointed in TBN that this thread was allowed to continue this long with that inappropriate and damaging title. And yeah... I'm on the payroll my friend. I'm making a fortune too except for the 600 mile daily commute.

Was the original question, As I read all the threads. it appears the answer is yes as some have gotten the product.Therefore they must be.
If they are in trouble? thats another thread I would say..

AS far as the other postings here if the card was charged twice or even once without a product, and you can communicate with them, remember a call to the card company will put the amount into a disputed acct till your satisfied..
