These posts are not bashing, I started this thread with the need for info as to anyone having delivery issues / communication problems. When I spend my dollar I want to be sure I get what I pay for as does everyone else. When a product is not receive or followed up with info then I or anyone else wants facts. The fact that most people have had great success with their dealings is great. For those who have not, then a thread helps for them to see that they are not alone. Facts are facts, you spend a thousand dollars, something is suppose to arrive on a date and you wait~~~and wait, not phone calls and no one returns your calls. You would all be posting and calling and doing what ever you could to see what is going on. Facts, that is what we are dealing with, Markham has great equipment I love my grappler. They need to communicate with ALL their customers and these issue would NOT be issues. This thread supports those issues and should continue until those issues are resolved.
