What are the inside and outside diameters? (excluding the large end)

ID is 0.87 (7/8) and th OD is 1.44 (1 7/16).

The throat on my quick hitch is 1.127 (1 1/8). My conversions from decimals may be a little off but that's as close as my feable mind can go.

I am really getting frustrated because I can't seem to find a set that fits my quick hitch, and every place I ask about them no one knows what they are and always tell me to just use a cat1 to cat 2 bushing and clip pins.

I have the busings and clip pins now.

I am going to try again. Countrybumpkin supplied a link and I checked for one that has the dimensions I need I found it as follows:

QUICK HITCH ADAPTER KIT CAT 1-2

I hope this one works.

Which quickhitch do you have?

Mine (JD iMatch) which I thought was to a standard, is the 1 1/2".
So my adapters are either cat II to cat III with a bushing inside, or cat I to cat III.

I use bushings that slide over the cat. 1 pins. They are like a ring that slides over the links and are quite cheap from Speeco.

Well I picked up my harbor freight quick hitch a couple of weeks ago...

Like the OP, I got my quick hitch at Harbor Freight. I saw where the Imatch is a cat 3, but I need bushings that go from Cat 1 to cat 2. Apparently not everything meets the standard. I wish I would have checked the dimensions before ordering. Maybe my experience can be of benefit to others.

You have everything you need, while nice, those $26 ones are over kill. There may be just a bit of slop but not enough to matter.

I'm waiting for my order to come in from Ag supply, I too have a Harbor freight hitch and the hitch pin openings measured 1 1/2" wonder why your hitch was smaller? I ordered 4 sets of the cat 1 to cat 3 adapters for what I could purchase two sets of the Cat 2 to cat 3 adapters local. Plus I would still have to use a bushing or change the hitch pins on my equipment to fit the Cat 2 adapters.

I received my adapters the other day and have to say they are real well made and work great for my implements.
