hi newbee...
If you look at flusher's first picture (with the twine spool) you can kind of see where the outside end of the sisal it ... and you tie that end to the inside (starter) end of the next spool.

ok well I routed the twine with was what was in the box, I think that was my first problem it would run its cycle then the twine would break ....is this common? Out of three bales I put through I got one that came out complete :laughing: AM i better off going to buy new twine that is probably 3 yrs old what is in there...Also I have another problem the bale seems smale and not packed tight , is this because I am hand feeding it and its "starving" or do I need to adjust something ? Also Can you also show me or describe how to make thae bales bigger?? There is two handles with springs under them just before the kicker, is that where you adjust the length of the bale or the compaction,ugghh this is tough to figure out but ill get it, only with the help of you guys thanks again....

Yes, those two big handles with springs adjust your bale density. Usually with a bale kicker on a baler, the bales are shorter than normal, so they can be shot up into a wagon following the baler with tall sides. If you are not planning on using the following catcher wagon, I suggest you consider taking the kicker off the baler. Ken Sweet
Ken , I plan on trying to find a wagon to use, no sense of moving the bales more than I have to I would say they are about 35 lbs, but the seem loosly packed if i turn those handles down with it pack them tighter?? I guess I dont want them bigger just denser..if that makes sense

well I dont have a wagon yet this weekend hopefully I will, what are average bale size ??If I remember correctly there about 45 lbs a piece...Also do you think 3 yr old twine will work to finish outh the rolls? Thanks to all again:thumbsup:

Is there a knot in one end of the broken string? Or not (no pun intended)?
Here's the knot that my MF124 baler ties. It probably isn't the ideal knot, but it gets the job done.
My baler has SureTie knotters which are mechanically different from the knotters on your NH baler (which I believe are Deering type knotters--- JD balers have this type also). But the knot your baler makes should resemble on one mine makes.
