LMAO. No rats or venison for the picnic. Just beef on the menu...well, unless someone else brings it...it is a potluck.:laughing:

About 21" at the shoulder when full grown. All of mine are at a friends place until I get their pen rebuilt.

The idea is to raise them for sale as exotic pets. You bottle feed the babies to tame them. Even so, they are still very shy and timid. Not for a house with a lot of busy activity. They can be litter box trained as well.

2 year old Holstein steer, killed yesterday (Thu), photographed this morning, in the freezer tonight.

Plenty roast, chops, and mince.
