Sorry about that I guess I didn't realize you were talking about that.

The cooling assembly that is in the asv is really big, I don't know where you could put a bigger one, or if there even is a better on available. The problem is we are turning 38 gpm with a 20 gal hydrailic tank. So every minute we cycle the entire tank 2 times. Plus the engine is running at full throttle and it is super hot outside. The fan move a ton of air and I can't imagine that theres a better one.

Maybe a second radiator and hydraulic cooler could be added.

Hi
I currently have a ASv RC 100, and last week the idler assembly failed on me then on saturday the other side failed as well, I believe im into it about 800.00, and was wondering how hard it is to change the rest of the idler assemblies on my own, any special tools etc? Getting good at ttaking the tracks off.

Here is a link to a add-on cooler that mounts on top of the canopy. I need more cooling on my machine also but roof mount is out of the question for me due to the nature of the work I do. I use a hydraulic saw with 30 GPM on my Case 1845C Hi flow and have some heat issues when ambient temps are 90 degrees and above.

The company I bought the ASV from said they will try to cut me a deal on rebuilt under carriage and tracks, was hoping he would've had a price for me by now. Patience I guess.

The pt100s dont have that problem i have almost 2000 hours on two of the and all we have changed is the drive sprockets. They sill have to original tracks on them all we do is just service them and keep on going. If the pt100s are this good i cant wait to see how the new 100g model will be and ill put them up against the fecon machine any day terex and gyrotac is the only way to go.
