You are right. It ain't got any more curl left.
Is your loader a Kubota 1200 or an aftermarket loader?This does not appear to me to be the original bucket designed to go with those arms. My arms are similar but I have at least 2x as much tip back as you do. I am not home right now and neither is my tractor, I will see if I have any suitable pictures to post to display what I mean.

Finally, here a a pic for comaprison.
I got the float working. I had thought the float was in the up position of boom control for some reason and found it by accident....duh.I also have a 1200 loader and that is as far as the bucket curls.
also i really couldn't see the pictures of the loader controls but if they are like mine it does have a float position. i had to replace an o ring in mine and found that the ball bearing that controls the float was missing. i found one that would fit and it returned it to having a float position.
