Okay, I talked to a couple of tractor dealers and may have settled on the i3040. Talked to RCO in Austin today who is a member here.
Sounds like a stout tractor.
Even the Mahindra dealer in the Houston area said they have sold 54 3010's in the past 15 months with no warranty issues...(hmmmm).
So I may pull the trigger soon.

I found out when I was looking at tractors that a lot of the Kioti dealers have turned in their shingle so to speak. Kioti tried the heavy hand with them telling them how to sell, what size to buy, what to service etc and at least 3 of the listed dealers on the Kioti website that I talked too have told them to shove it and quit selling Kioti. My BIL bought a NH and now that dealer in Hot Springs ark is not just selling motorcycles. Folks here who think big name dealers are better or more secure than lesser know (LS) ones may be in for a wake up call soon. My LS dealer told me that Kioti rep came to his business and was telling him what size he must order and how if he sold one he had to buy back two and a whole lot of other stuff that made me think of a Mafia movie type of guy. That is not a way to make friends with dealers who are trying to sell your product. They know what they can sell in their area and what they cant.
The reason I am saying this is so that anyone who is considering buying a tractor needs to look out from the dealers picture window to see what is really happening.

That may be why the local Kioti/New Holland dealer said they will be selling LS Tractors soon.

Two of the dealer I spoke to (one in Baytown Texas and other in Morrilton Ark also told me that they had not had any warranty issues with these tractors. I have a little glitch in my tach that goes and comes but it is likely just a loose wire. I will check that out when I get some time at home. Other than that nothing but I only have about 30-40 hours on it (about 20 showing on the tach)

mmmnn..I stopped at an LS dealer yesterday in southeastern Texas. He said he had sold 54 in the last year and no warranty issues. Either these are great tractors, or they are being coached on what to tell customers...as he told me this within 30seconds of greeting me.Biggest mistake tho was , I told him my friend had bought a Farmtrac a few years ago, he immediately said , "LS made them", without letting me finish my statement . I was going to proceed to say that he couldnt get warranty or parts for that POS . How my friend was treated with his farmtrac, makes me very leary of this brand...but it looked good.

I currently have 85 hours on my i3040. Most of those hours were from fel usage moving sand, rock and gravel. It has worked without a flaw. Easy on fuel.

Yep - Thats called Top Flight Equipment.
They sell Mahindra's as well.
Thats who I talked to also. A guy named Jeff.

And yes they have sold LS tractors for the past so many months and they have not had any warranty issues with them.
So...It isnt a shpeel given by everyone - just one dealer.
Anyway my friend and also my neighbor sent me to them. Who have previously purchased Mahindra's before the LS's came out.
