I moved most of them to only about 20' away, but had to lift 90% of them. Put some on the other side of the garage, and the rest here where the retaining wall will be extended. Should use up most of them.....
60-80 lbs each, it was a 3 drink and pain pill nite!

Grading.

Did I ever mention I fear/respect what water can do? The first pic shows a road I started behind the garage to access the attic. My vision was to have an upper and lower road, upper for a perimeter road (4-wheelers, bikes, foot path) leading to a future gazebo/firepit, and the lower road for the attic access.
Additionally, I wanted to grade the roads in towards the slope to allow water to wash away from the garage. Grading is complete, exactly to my specs. Wished I would've done it sooner to get some grass down, so I'll have a muddy mess in the spring to deal with.

Ouch.

The dangers of loading a dump truck on a slope......and hitting the wrong pedal trying to stop.....the dump truck definitely won this fight!

Facia, Soffet are done and siding going up. Interesting how much time the facia and soffet took, guess I should be glad they were taking their time doing a very nice job. Siding ordered to match the house.

Siding finished, and garage door on. Got an awful big flat face, thinking about a light on each side of the door.

My sub and I talked this over, and decided to go with his idea of using the adhesive strips called "ice and water", which we laid over the top of the buttonboard, and it gets melted on with a propane torch. I like this sealing process much better and should keep water from getting behind the buttonboard.
Frank,
I really like the looks of how you sealed the top of the buttonboard. In my area, builders have a very poor track record of waterproofing basements and other below-grade structures. When my wife and I were looking at purchasing a house, we saw house after house with significant moisture issues in the basement and foundation settling problems. That's one area you can't be too careful. Good work.

Seems like it would have been a good excuse, err... reason, to get a set of 3pt forks.:D

Or get some forks to attach to your FEL like I have. You just strap them to the bucket with a chain. I bought them to help move brush but have also used them to move pallets. I got mine off of E-bay. In fact, I bought them twice. The first pair got stolen. I bought three forks the next time to make moving brush and lose stuff easier.
