A side note.....Today the parts guy from the dealer delivered to the firehouse my new oem floormats and a few other dodads that I needed/wanted. I was really impressed that he did that instead of me having to go there when I get off in the morning. He also took the time to make sure I liked them after I put them in and to stand around and BS for a bit. It sure made a good impression with the guys here at the firehouse.....
A good dealer is the key. I have had very good luck over all with the dealers I have taken my business to with the exception of one.
I would have to say one of the best dealers I have had is with Dodge. I had nothing but problems needing 2 trannys, AC, Power Steering, Radiator Cooling Fan, ect replaced before I traded it at 68,000 miles but they were top notch. I really hated not buying another vehicle from them because they gave me such good service and I still may but I had such a bad taste in my mouth at that point I had to go elsewhere.
What I am saying here is a good dealer can make a good experience better and a bad experience tolerable.
