I don't know if I titled this right, but I have 4 valve unit for top link, both tilt links and one for the ripper. If I press both handles for the two links both sides are supposed to move together. This works when the cylinders retract to raise the hitch but when I press both full open only the left cylinder extends until it is fully extended, then the right cylinder will extend. If I just open the right valve slightly while fully opening the left the two cylinders will extend together. There are no leaks. Is this an internal O-ring problem?

This is on a New Holland 545D. Thanks in advance.

That sounds like it is/would be expected. Oil resistance is probably part of what is happening. Fine tuning the pair with oil flow-control valves might be possible if you want to "fix" the problem.
How often do you need to have the two cylinders move together? More than 10% of the time?
The attachment does lift together if you raise the 3 pt arms rather than the tilt cylinders - right?

The 3pt hitch does lift the arms but it does not give you the same "touch." I set the basic height with the hitch lift and then make fine adjustments with the tilt levers. This is generally when backing up using the Gannon box like a bulldozer blade.

I would say that when using tilt controls I use them together 90% of the time. About the only time I tilt the Gannon significantly is when I am cutting or cleaning a ditch. The guy I bought the tractor from was a heavy equipment operator and he said the main reason he wanted the dual tilt controls was to allow fine control of the Gannon in the same way the larger skip loaders that don't have a 3pt hitch operate.

I understand that this an oil flow issue in the values. If there is an adjustment that would be great. Like I said they work perfectly together when raising and all you have to do to adjust the tilt when raising is just twist the two levers in your hand. However, I am more likely to need to do this while lowering.

I have a lot to learn to operate this tractor efficiently, but the professional operators here all seem to use the technique I am describing.

Welcome to TBN:D

Are these factory valves or aftermarket ones? Are the two spools for the side-links next to each other?

Same page with Kenny, I'm confused on just what you have.

You have three cylinders in the rear ?, one on both sides and the third for center ?

A detailed plumbing explanation for the rear ?

When u said "Dual Tilt Cylinder", both under the same spool valve ?

They are factory Gannon units. There are four levers in a row. The first one toward the front is the one for the top link. The next two are for the right then left tilt. The last one is for the ripper bar. I used the term dual tilt because both tilt links have a cylinder instead just one side like some of the Ag tractors I have seen. The advantage to having two is that you can tilt the box to a steeper angle both left and right and (when the controls work right) raise and lower (and exert down pressure) on the Gannon box by moving both spools together. Like I said, they move up together but if I push both levers all the way down the left cylinder will fully extend and when it hits the stop then the right one will extend. If I push both levers down just right I can extend the two cylinders together, but this requires too much finesse to do it when grading.

There is plenty GPM and pressure available. Just an uneven flow with both spools full open.

I can post a pic tomorrow if that is needed.

If I could reach out and slap you,,,,,,,

??? All I meant was that if my word picture wasn't very clear (and I can see how it could be) I will be glad to post a pic instead of another 1,000 words. For example, I don't even know how to describe the hydraulic control unit. It seems to be made up of individual modules, not just one cast unit like on my compact Kubota.

Sorry man, don't take it it personally, I'm just a human on the other side, we here just LOVE pictures.
