Wow - thats a clean shop you've got and a nice orange accessory too.. It would take me at least two days to get my workbench looking like that.

Wetstuff, Thanks for your nice reply, its 24x36 and my visual officer/wife requirement was it needed to be close to the house and garage in design and finish and main diference is it has a metal roof. I didn't want poles, so it has floor trusses with 60# PSF load per code upstairs. Eventually that will get finished.

Here's mine. Hanging joists for second floor now. We have a 1719 stone farm house and didn't want a modern looking garage. This is now the home of my tractor and other labor saving toys and a work area for projects. The truck usually stays outside.

I built this 32'x40' shop/garage a couple of years ago. The center bay roll up door is twelve foot high. There are two 6x6 center posts with no other interior bearing walls. The 8'x12' corner office in the back of the first bay is made with removable walls if a future owner wants the full 32' depth. The center shelving next to the TC40 is nested around one of the two 6x6 posts. There is a four foot passageway between the front office wall corner and the rear edge of the center shelving.
