Has anyone installed a block heater in a Mahindra 2015HST? Are there details diagrams without having to buy a service manual?

A lower rad hose heater will fit every model of tractor. I just came in from plugging mine in at 10F so in 1 hour it will be warm.

I agree, A lower hose heater is available at most any auto parts store and can installed in less than an hour. I went that route also on my 2615HST.

I was also thinking of a magnetic heater that attaches to block on outside, they generate about 300 watts? Any thoughts?

I bought a magnetic heater at the time I bought my lower hose heater.
It had it stuck to the oil pan because there was not a spot on the block flat enough to stick it to. I tried to just unplug it and go but it would get knocked off moving snow. It was an inconvenience to get under the tractor to remove it every time I wanted to use it. The lower hose heater works great for me.

Count me as another fan of the lower radiator hose , bought mine at tractor supply 6 yrs ago, plug mine in when I first get into the barn about two hours later she starts on the first try, last week -12 below gave it 3 hours.

P.S. for all you ny guys, the ny farm show starts feb.24-25-26 at the state fair grounds, huge amount of equipment dealers & vendors ,gets you thinking of spring

Egon- I have seen Kats magnetic heaters listed at 300 and 600 watts and am interested as you are but am wondering what wattage is recommended.

Seems I didn't express myself as well as I could have. For some reason the magnetic heaters do not impress me. Some folks say they work well though.:)

Have you checked out the different manufactures of oil pan heaters like Wolverine instead of the inline tank water heaters.

A conventional tank heater does a great job heating the water in your engine. But does nothing to warm the oil. Cold oil takes time to start flowing when you start your vehicle. Until the oil flows, you are wearing out your engine. This heater keeps the oil warm and flowing no matter the outside temperature.
