Sorry I don't have any help, but in addition to the ones you named, the Casita is a nice little RV of that type.

Scamp Travel Trailers: Small Lightweight Campers, Easily Towable
The scamp trailer is made in Minnesota. The factory burnt down a few years ago and they had to re-build their molds by reverse engineering some existing trailers.
These are fairly scarce trailers you are looking for. Peoples attitude towards the size of their trucks and trailers and fuel consumption in general only started changing in about 2007. Prior to that, mini trailers were a sort of "fringe" market.
Be aware that there are multiple Craigslist scams running at any time with these mini trailers, as well as the Toyota Mini Motorhomes.
For the price (starting at 13k ?) it may be worth while getting one new if you can afford it. Very seldom, one will come up on ebay. I have been looking for years.....
There is also the Aliner, which is a rigid pop-up style camper as opposed to the tent type pop-ups. Aliner - Sensibly Different
The Aliner has models that go all the way down to 450lb (rigid, no tent) so they can be towed even by small passenger type vehicles.
