Are they as dangerous as i've heard, if you bump into one out in the woods?

My wife has a Polish cousin that would butcher them things up and smoke the meat in his yard. Be alot of kielbasa to go around

I have a friend who traps them for a living now. He makes enough doing that and taking them to the port that he quit his job and does this full time.

Yes they can be VERRY dangerous out in the wild. Hurt or even kill you if your not carefull. Most of the time they will run away unless you come accross a sow with a litter or a boar.
