them sub compacts and compact tractors. look like oversized lawn mowers. with a loader and 3pt hitch. i litterly want to run away from them. ... i honestly do see them sub compacts and compacts. as a waste of cash to me. just not enough tractor there. they have there market. but for me. give me something between construction equipment and full size field tractors. that doesn't depreciate so quickly.
Like everything, it's all about getting the right tool for the job, not about what's biggest. For instance, a guy who needs to just tote his his guitar and equipment around might be fine with an S10 or a Dakota. It would be foolish of him to buy a Peterbilt to do the job.
In buying any sort of equipment, you should always get what YOU need, not what might be "best," because that is totally subjective.
