Hey, can you guy also let us know if you drive an automatic transmission car. I wonder if the two are related? Those of us who drive manuals and have had for years I think are more open to geared tractors than those whom have driven auto's all their lives.

well...51 hours of use doesnt lend itself to a complete 10 yet, but so far im very happy.

i bought it with HST for winter use.....i hope i wont regret it. i have second thoughts as to whether a geared tractor would have been better for use with my snowplow. I know the HST is better for the blower, but the results with the plow are still unknown.

I ran a disk harrow on 10 acres a few weeks ago, and the cruse control worked just like a geared tractor would, so saw no difference.

The limited work ive done with the FEL have made me very happy with the HST.......so i guess id rate it a 9 for now.

First tractor was gear, next two hydrostatic. I wouldn't ever see me going back to gear.

I have a friend with a real old Kubota with HST....has lots of hours, and looks like it does. still working great. I think they have proved their worth over the years.

9.5 out of 10. I've made a mistake a few times of leaving it in High when it should have been in Low.. Love it the rest of the time vs shifting gears.

I own 4 vehicles and 3 have manual transmissions. Both my tractors are hydro and I would rate them 10 out of 10.
