When I was shopping, I looked at the 2920 and 3030. My gut told me the 2920 was the right one. The 3030 was 1) too expensive and 2) a tad too big.
The first week I had my 2920 I kept thinking I should have stretched my wallet and gone up in size. Not for any particular reason, but the machine just felt small.
But now, after having run the 2920 through its paces around my place, I am extremely pleased with it and happy I did not go up in tractor (and payment!) size. It meets all my needs and then some.
