Not sure as to why you have a need to assume people doing things they never posted that they did. :laughing:

I believe it comes from an earnest desire to help, and to keep the moron quotient as low as possible. I would hate to think that a newbie wiped out a family standing on a sidewalk because he was led to believe that it's okay to haul a 12 ton excavator on a trailer with no brakes.
In some states brakes are not required on both axles of smaller tandem trailers. This is just bad legislation, not a bad idea.:thumbsup:
