TSC sells 2 lines of hydraulic Fluid. The better one meets the specs of UDT.
I agree cheap fluid is cheap for a reason, however viscocity out of the can should be good, it just breaks down faster. I would not use it but it also should not be causing the problem described. I can't for the life of me understand why people spend $20,000 on equipment, expecting it to last and save $20 on service.
I think you need a qualified service tech, you may be causing more damage by running it.
