The truck driver just called and we pick up the logs tomorrow.....all 33,000 lbs worth.

I don't know what your plans are for the interior block walls but consider thoroughseal on them . Works great

LOGS:

Grant Cedar Mill was a pretty big well run operation. They are buying cedar for $75 a ton & I watched them unload 4 trucks while I was there. They are cutting cedar into ever size imaginable and their prices are very reasonable for the quality cedar they sell. My logs looked real good. Checking them with a tape measure they were all within a 16'th of an inch- 6 1/8 X 6 1/8 x 8'.

One bundle of 28 logs was all that my neighbors 65 horse JD wanted:

Now I will shuttle them up to the house site on the Kioti forks....20 at a time. I am going to drag the bathroom scale out today and weigh a couple of the logs...I am guessing they are more in the 80lb range than 110lbs.

As soon as the truck pulled in to unload my logs it started raining....:
