umm i cant get past 8" on my current 2 holes i have been working on. maybe ill take some vids
You can easily check the 3PH linkage adjustment I mentioned: Disconnect the auger from your two lift arms. Drop your 3PH until you're positive it's all the way down. Stand on one of the lift arms if needed to make sure it's all the way down. Make a little mark 9or use a little piece of tape) on one of the two 3PH cylinders, marking where the bottom is. Re-connect the auger to the lift arms. Try to drill a hole. When the auger stops drilling, look at the cylinder you marked ... If the 3PH is all the way down to the mark you made, then that's as deep as it can go the way you currently have your 3PH linkage adjusted. You'll need to adjust your 3PH linkage so the auger goes deeper when your 3PH is at the bottom of its travel.
One way is to move the lift arms' vertical linkage members to holes that are closer in to the tractor.
