I'd probably look to trade up to a new B3030 with a loader. I like the B3200, but I really like the deluxe features of the B3030. If you prefer the loader control at your right thigh, get the joystick control from the cab model. Whether adding a loader to your current tractor, or buying a whole new 3030, the cost would be minimal to get the cab style loader control.

I've got the larger 4240. The GL line of tractors are very nice. My original plan was to buy the 3240 but opted to go larger just for the extra reach of the loader for ease of use with my dump truck.
If you are the type of guy who likes extra features then you really should check them out. It's a larger tractor but it's still very maneuverable. I would guess that a 3240 will cost you $3k or so more than a similar B3200.
You may want to opt to price it with the smaller loader. If you plan on doing lots of loader work then I would say get the larger one but if you just think you'll use it occasionally then it will be fine. I think it's slightly larger than the B3200 loader.
It could be out of your price range. It's worth looking at though and I would make sure the dealer shows you all the options of the HST+ transmissions. Since you have plenty of seat time on your 3030 you'll be able to tell if the extra features are worth it to you.
This is such a great site. Plenty of people willing to help and offer their opinions and suggestions. If I get a chance I'm going to ride by the dealer this week and do a hands on comparison. From what I gather, it sounds like I have a very nice machine that I take for granted. I do not utilize it to its full potential and several of the features I probably don't pay attention to. This is only my 2nd tractor, the first being a B2150HST that I kept for 10 years and never had a problem with it. Up until this week the only thing I ever thought about using my tractor for is cutting grass and grading the driveway. I had my pond dug out a few months ago and had several loads of dirt place around my yard to dry out. Now its time to spread and I have to borrow a tractor with a FEL and that got me thinking about getting a tractor with a FEL. After the dirt is spread, I probably won't need to use the loader for a long time. So I'm back to "do I really need to spend the extra money for a FEL" if I'm not going to be using it that much. Decisions Decisions.
Once you have a loader at your disposal 24-7 you will discover how much you use the loader. I went for 50 years without one and since I have had one I use it almost every day of the year. Best thing since......

Having gone from a B3200 to a B3030 (with joy stick), (vibration, position control primary reasons) the other features such as tilt steering wheel, more comfortable seat, etc almost seem like necessities now. You forget how much you use them until you don't have them. Was at the dealer and jumped on a B3200 for memories sake and boy that steering wheel was in the way!

The 3030 has the same 4 banger as the 3200 just a slightly different version. The L3200 has a different series engine which has a counter-balance shaft which makes even the 4 cyl very smooth.
The l3200 is an option as they are not much bigger than the b3200.

I have seen many people over the years trade one kind of car for another of the same make, and model. They just like that car, and see no reason to change. My neighbor does that with both his car, and pickup, though he did change from a Ford pickup to a Toyota 15, or so years ago. All the cars he has traded have thousands of good miles left in them. If you go with the B3200 you will lose the things mentioned, and the foot pedals are different. The B3200 also doesn't have the hump in the floor which makes it easier for me to use a tractor in reverse as in box blading, or using a rear mounted snowblower, etc. With the flat floor I can sit sideways, and use my heel on the rear pedal. I understand completely the desire to have a new tractor, and I wouldn't be without a loader. Now that I have my 1/4 inching adjusted right, I don't mind it at all, and surely wouldn't give up my loader to have position control.ss The Grand L's are beautiful tractors, and I would love to have enough land that I worked to justify one, or trails I could get on with one, but they are noticably larger than the standard L tractors which might work here, but it would be tight in some places. If you can afford it, and would enjoy it, I say go ahead, and trade for what you like. I was a supervisor for many years, and one of my employees would say " I'm going to be dead for a long time" when I would ask him about leaving early for his camp up north on a Friday night. Sometimes I swear he would follow me out of the gate once he had made his appearance at work.
