My old B20 had a pin for the dipper arm. The pin was missing when I got the machine so I made a new one. It fit pretty tight and you had to wiggle the dipper to get it out. Bad plan. All I had on the top of the pin to grab was a threaded ring. One time I was wiggling it out and bingo pinched finger. Nothing broke but popped the end open a little. It gave me a whole new respect for hydraulics. I added a cable and a can. Then I could put the can over a control lever and pull the pin from the seat.

I almost had the B26 stuck today. Lifted a big maple stump that was still loaded with some dirt. We had a lot of rain here in eastern Pa. Front end sunk right in. There I was grinning away at the big load I had on the bucket but when I tried to back up, no go. So I dump the load and used the bucket to walk out. That doesn't count as stuck cause I got out? I was only delayed not stuck. Right?

I sure do like this machine.

No...you were stuck. Just fortunate enough to have the FEL to help get you out...

A challenge - Is there ANYONE who has a foldable ROPs and stores their tractor in a shed with a door height less than the ROPs that has NOT hit the door frame ?

I drive under a stone arch to get into the garage. I forget the ROPS about twice a year, especially when I have to keep an eye on cumbersome implements that barely scape in. I am very sorry I have damaged the beautiful old granite blocks. Only good thing, only minor scratches on the ROPS.

I bet you have a beautiful place. I cannot let my tractor see where your's lives, or their may be trouble for me.:)

In France do you need to pay taxes and put a license on Farm equipment if it stays off roads? I see the tag under the archway?

I'm still so green it probably wouldn't have occured to me that I should dump to remove the load. At least not for a couple of hours!

Not tractor related. Just plain dumb. Bet most of you have done the same. Many times.

My PU is a 1997 that I got brand new. It has had a trailer hitch in a receiver since day 1.

Took a friend to get propane and other "Fun" things. Pulling the bottle off the truck it got stuck. Just wanting to get it off and done with the whole mess. "Bang" right on the old shin bone where there is no meat. OH well what is "1 More Scar".

 At myself and the stupidity of it. Live & Not Learn/

I had to quit wearing shorts on my Bota, they keep getting caught on things and jerking me around. So far I haven't hit the ground? Besides the engine heat when using the tiller is pretty warm on bare-ole skin.

I think that is my only complaint with my B26 and it is a lame complaint. The right hand arm rest that keeps your hand in position to operate the FEL. If you roll up your sleeves on you fore arm the sleeve keeps getting caught on the rest.

I guess I have ta roll the sleeve up all the way.

There must be some way I can blame engineering

am I the only one that gets hit on the head

quit counting the number of times I have banged my head on the top

and one time I was looking backwards at the box blade and turned around just in time to see the 6 inch limb that had been caught smack me in the side of the face. Hit me so hard I could not remember if I had my glasses on or not. Found them about 10' behind the tractor
like getting smacked in the head with a baseball bat

To funny cause I am always getting smacked with branches. Not 6" ones though.

Saturday I was under the B26 to look at the thickness of material used on the oil tank. Watch out for that foot step when ya sit up. So now I have a cut under my eye and slight swelling. Ya just know ya got to have a good story for that Monday at work.

I went with: I thought she said stand up, turns out she said shut-up.

My dad used that line at church one sunday after loosing a fight to a tree limb and a ladder. Boy, did my mom let him have it when he got home. He wished it was another tree limb fight!
