I called the dealer ...He also told me since I am going to a class II versus the class 1 on my B3200 that I would need an adapter for my brush hog.

I guess you figured out by now that bushings are included with the tractor to accept Cat I implements...

I'm really liking my MX5100 - did some more work over the weekend.

I did. They gave me 3 extra bushings so any slack on the pins will be covered. I ran it for about 20 minutes and noticed that when the turbo spools it is much louder then my B3200.

And you'll learn that you don't need them. Have run CatI gear on CatII tractors for over 15 years now. Few thousand operating hours. No problems. Farmer I learned from ran all his old cat 1 on cat 2 tractors for 30+ years, no problems.

I really like my MX5100, I think you'll be pleased as well. Remember, to keep your load low and use some rear weight when working with the FEL.

I have Cat I one pins on my bb and cat II on my cutter, I keep meaning to get some cat II pins, but...

Fully agree - we tested an MX5100 for a day and it was a smooth running very easy to operate unit - only problem it was too light in the back end for our use so we ended up with an M7040 but this is for mainly a larger hobby farm use as opposed to weekend warrior.

MX5100 is a very good choice for that - enjoy!

my MX5100 is worked hard when its cranked up.the best thing todo is put a bale of hay or a bb on the rear end.

Something Deere did that I really like on my tractor is make the balls on the lift arm bot cat I and II by turning the ball either way. The cat I pins on my boxblade didn't hold up and bent making it hard to remove them.
