Awake at 0350, up at 0415, I beat the coffee pot!

Weatherman said 1" of snow possible this morning but he was WRONG, 38 and clear, full moon looks awesome.

I have a scratch in the back of my throat, tells me I might be catching something (Baby has a bad cold, it is possible) of course I don't have time for a cold, I need to start this fence and Christmas shop, and...

Coffee is in the cup. 21 degrees this morning. Headed to 36 partly cloudy degrees. Party went well yesterday. Good to get with friends around the Holidays. Continuing with my projects. Should get them completed today.

Been up a while... tractor's warming up, got some blowing to do (if the tractor can compete with the WIND!). One of the few times I kinda wish I had a plow....

Temp's about 26, we have around 5 inches of pretty wet, heavy snow. Doesn't look like school's going to be delayed, but I know there's a fair amount of white stuff up in these hills and the dirt roads are going to be nasty. Guess we ended up with a lot less than the weather folks thought we might.

Oh, well. Another day. Seat time coming up!

I was just sitting here daydreaming about a little shop/office with a wood stove in the winter and a window AC in the summer...

But I've got WAY TOO MANY Other Projects ahead of it!

22 here, no snow in the forecast, got my burn pile heaped up and ready for next months bonfire and even found another half dozen Autumn Olives to pile atop it after I ripped them out by the roots. Snow here is completely gone after less than a week after that big storm...except for the one place where I heaped up snow for the kids next door to play on, the pile was about 5X the size it is shown in the attachment.

Going to go run my weekly errands today and pick up groceries from Meijers and materials from Menards. Usually do that on Friday but I need to break up my routine a little...:laughing:

YUP, that just made my day. I haven't personally met a soul from this forum yet it's the little things that bring me back day after day.
