reminds me of when i used to do electronic repair...
we had codes we put on tickets...
TSTU
DEU
DUI
were the most commonly used code.
the manager never blinked, but one day someone actually asked him whet they stood for.. he didn't know.. after the customer left he asked us...
DEU = Defective end user
DUI = Defective user interface
and my favorite
TSTU = Too Stupid to use
Needless to say we couldn't use those codes on repair tickets anymore. ( yes... people would bring stuff in for repair with no batteries in it.. dead batteries.. or mixed / backwards batteries, not plugged in.. etc.. etc... )

I have had to put things on service reports like...
The orfice plate on the leading edge of the bovine emauclation valve got clogged and caused the knueter control solenoid to get stuck.
Good thing nobody ever reads service reports...
