Which is what I have; a P229DAK 9 mm.

Does anyone know of a good place (lower price, in other words) to buy extra factory Sig magazines?

Bird, as Tommy Lee Jones said to Robert Downey in U.S.Marshalls: "Get yourself a Glock and lose that nickel-plated sissy pistol".

Factory Glock mags go for around 20 bucks...

Bird I don't know either, but I ran Mecgars for many years in the P226, and they worked flawlessly in USPSA/IPSC competition. As good as factory in my opinion. Bought them at the Tulsa gunshow for $15 each. (been quite a few years ago). Stay the heck away for USA mags or TripleK.

Obviously, you don't know your firearms!

Ruger makes outstanding revolvers (got 3 of 'em)...they seem to have trouble with the semi-autos though. At least two recalls on Ruger semi-autos that I can think of...the SR9 and the LCP (I have one of those...so that means I have 4 Ruger handguns).

Glocks are probably the most robust handguns manufactured...not pretty, very utilitarian...and very reliable. Reminds me of me...

Mecgar makes the oe mags on a lot of them. Their own label is just as good, they are high quality in any application you buy them for.
