Ym240d will not move and pto inop??

I just got a ym240d with injector lines off and no fuel filter. I put a fuel filter on it and put the inject lines back on, bleed the system and she started. Great right? Now my problem is it runs but won't move and the pto doesn't spin and the 3pt won't work!!!
Is my clutch bad??

Not moving and pto not working sounds like the clutch is out.

3 point not working sounds like a hydraulic problem that shouldn't be clutch related. The hydraulic pump is toward the front of the engine on the right side (sitting in the seat). It is the driver of the 3 point. Any idea of the fluid type and condition. Last suctioin screen cleaning?

Thanks for the fast reply. I just bought this tractor last weekend from a guy that couldn't get it to run. So he said... Anyways after putting fuel system back together and adding orings by the injection pump the engine came alive..
Now is the problem of what's next. No other history on tractor because guy said he took it on trade for a deck he built or something.
I just pulled off shifter cover and it looks like a gear is half wore not sure if is supposed to be like that but the gear looks the same all around. I have all the manuals so I'm working on it today.

Try this sitting in the seat the Flat knob between your legs make sure it's all the way open. Thats the Serv. Stop valve. And the Hyd's, won't move. The handle Low to the right is the High-low Range selector Make sure it's either up in gear or down, And then of course Select a Trans Gear. Pto to your Left 1 Down for1st. Still CRS. and forget how many gears the 240 has. Atleast I can remember the Ym 2000 same tractor as yours has 3 12N3. That and the Throttle works opposite is the only major difference of the 240 and 2000.If that doesn't do it move to the Clutch linkage. Make sure the Clutch Pedal Isn't Latched. esp. if it's been in storage. Alot of people will latch it or use a wedge etc. to hold it open. It's a known problem that while sitting the clutch will Get stuck if left engaged. and check the Adj. and set it to 1/2 free play before you feel it stop and start to disengage. Check up on the basic's and let us know what you find. I also have a pic. of the Clutch Adj. which is just under foot plate and be looking there for a wedge Etc.

Ok took loader bracket off looked inside little clutch inspection hole on left side of tractor when sitting on it and noticed what appears to be clutch lining. In next couple of days I will split tractor after ordering a clutch from Hoye and dig deeper..

Since you have the top of the transmission opened - do any gears move with the engine running and the clutch engaged?

Seems to me that any sort of slipping clutch problem would make noticeable noise in that area.

Pieces of Whats left of the Clutch Lining or the Clutch lining itself ?

Seems to me that the clutch just fell apart or delamenated. It seems that there are several clutch lining pieces at the bottom of the case

Yeah! thats what I thought you were saying or meant. Loosen your Adj all the way or even remove the linkage and if it doesn't engage without a doubt your spliting it.
