So I have probably 30-40hrs since the exhaust mod. I have to say that I have found only one down side. It does blow some dust at higher RPMS. But I only noticed when I was watching my brother-in-law drive it. :D I only wish that I had done it earlier and to my other tractors.

Good to hear it is working well for you. I'm now trying to decide between this mod or doing a stack, have 17 hours on mine now and the fel arm is getting covered in soot.

Why not use a piece of high temp heater hose ??

Yup, that's a tuffy. I decided that I didn't want to go through that much work to do a stack for little or no gain. But that is my opinion.

Even though it's high temp, it will break down with the heat over time. Besides, they do have flexible exhaust, although I don't recommend it. Flex exhaust pipe has horrible flow characteristics, causing a lot of turbulence in the pipe. Then again probably not gonna be noticeable on our tractors though. :confused3:

Little or no gain! :confused2: Your kidding right. No dust or snow being kicked up with a stack. No soot.
The stack makes the tactor look like a "real" tractor. Then there's the cool factor and the fact not everyone will have it. Yes it's allot of work but the best route to go BUT that's just my opinion
