3 bottom plow purchase advice

I don't know why they would pull harder. I could see having to down size though based on weight, having double everything has to be heavy.

The weight is what was mentioned as to it pulling harder.

Which link the top link on the 3 pt? Or the linkage that goes to the back wheel?

Which plow are we talking about? I posted a few.

This can be downloaded for free. It is the oliver plow book, and yes it is old, but much of the information can be used today.

sorry, I knew which plow I asked about and apparently I must have thought you had ESP..ha.

It was the IH740 and the linkage I was wondering about was the one from the rear of the plow that goes from the tire assembly to the front of the plow

correction...IH710 was the plow in question

An old timer told me once when I was a kid..

"put brain in gear before engaging mouth"

I think today it would likely be...

"put brain in gear before engaging fingers"
