The fact that the part was redesigned makes me think something was wrong with the initial design. Kioti did suggest switching both of them out but dang those things are expensive.

I mean I have done loader work like move some dirt. But that's what the loader is for right?

Wow, that's really unbelievable. I really think Kioti needs to look at helping out on this one. There's no way that the same part on the same axle would break unless one of two things happened. 1) it was abused or 2) it was a defective part or design. If your dealer will help you make the case that it wasn't abused, Kioti might offer some "good will".

I've had luck getting in touch with Kioti and getting issues resolved. I took it into my own hands when I wasn't satisfied that my dealer was getting the results I was looking for from Kioti. I got the immediate "call your dealer" response from Kioti, but battled through it and eventually made headway. For me, I could still use my tractor just fine so working/fighting/waiting for 3-4 weeks to finally get somewhere didn't bother me too much.

Assuming Kioti doesn't care about copying their owned literature is absurd. If they didn't care it would be FREE and they wouldn't charge $70 or more for a service manual.
Don't let the facts get in the way of your arguments.

Really-what makes you the Tractorbynet or Kioti police? Are you one of those people who spies on all of your neighbors and reports everything? If it were a safety issue or if this person was making money of the shares then I could understand you being concerned. This tells us more about you than the poster who shared the information. At least they were trying to help a fellow member not the big corporation.

Oh, I get it- even though this argument has been dead for a long time you want to chime in and tell me you supposedly know who I am and what I'm about because I pointed out TBN's policy; which by being a member here you agreed to as did everyone else?!
Please spare me the righteous indignation speech about big corps vs. the little guy. Using copyrighted material without permission is stealing, period. Further discussion of this is pointless, though I'm certain you consider taking things that don't belong to you justified if you're helping out yourself or your friends.

Sorry to see you're tractor broke on the other side too.

See if Kioti will step up on this for you considering you've already done the other side repair? Maybe they will kick you the parts as good will, or hopefully both parts and labor? Whatever the outcome- once done you should be set for a long time. Good luck.
