I talked with Bill @ Skidsteer Express this afternoon & he said they would replace my grapple with a new one. So as soon as I make arrangements for delivery Bill will ship out the new one.

Glad to hear it! What about shipping? You shouldn't have to pay to ship a defective item back.

Give up!. Your negative bias oozes in every question and statement. He's getting a new grapple for Pete's sake and apparently without any charge. I believe "making arrangements for delivery" refers to the receiving end. I'm sure we'll hear if it is otherwise.

My question was directed to Timm250 and not you-however I had a strong thought that you would jam your opinion into my OP directed post. Your "I belive" statement makes you sound like a fortune teller.

I think his point was that they ought to cross ship a replacement so he won't be without a grapple even longer than he already has. Probably a reasonable expectation under the circumstances.

He is shipping me the new grapple I will put the old one in the box that the replacement comes then call Bill & he will arrange a pick up for the old one.
