I've bought attachment plates from them before and may get a grapple when I'm ready to pull the plug, unless some used deal comes along before then.

You'll really like them ... I got the combo forks/hayspike. Don't know how I ever managed with out them.

Tom, first of all before I address your triple worded one line revelation, I want to thank Timm250 for bringing this thread out into the daylight for fellow TBNers to review, aid and assist you in what seems to have finally become an amicable conclusion to your purchased new grapple's inability to function properly.
Now as for you Tom, sho me wer i mispelt ani wordd en thes thred? no pionts fer "EXTEREME"-I'm 6'-4" 220 lbs. with big hands (and no spell check app) please do note that the "E" and "R" tabs on the keyboard are nested next to each other.....noo excussess......

That's how it should be. I'm glad they finally doing right by you. Too bad it too all this time and drama to get to this point. Too bad also that they weren't more on top of the problem. It would have saved you the hassles and themselves a black eye and a big bite to the pocket book.
Honestly, there is not much they could do to make this a positive after everything, but at least they kept it from being too big of a negative.
