You can post in Yesterday's Tractors what you want hauled and look at other haulers schedules as well to see if something aligns with your needs.

I have used uShip also and its a good service. Posting pictures, weight and dimensions are the best way to get an accurate and cost effective bid.

Well I passed on the deal ... just to far.

Sometimes you just have to know when to fold 'em. Smart move:D. I towed my MF124 baler about 35 miles on the back roads with my F150. Stayed 25 mph or less. Fun but a little dicey at times (nearly put the right wheel in a ditch twice).

Distance is usually a deal killer. It has to be a spectacular deal to justify transport costs.

Amen brudder!

Brian (MountainViewRanch, the top-n-tilt guy) has/had a KILLER BoxBlade, exactly what I want, for a very reasonble price, untill you try to ship 1100lbs cross country...

And here I sit STILL have not found a deal as good...

Such is life...

I'm looking at a 2008 inline baler ... problem is its 930 miles from the house. I think it can be towed behind the pickup at 45-50 mph that distance.

What do you guys think?

I'd a done it.

Really no reason why it wouldn't tow faster than that.

Well looks like so far I'm getting out voted ... guess I need to re-evaluate this deal.

that is a LONG way and relatively SLOW speeds..

IF you replaced the tires with something designed for 'high speed' highway so you could drive faster and possibly do it..

BUT Id love to see the looks of ppl faces as you were going down the road..
