Forum Upgrade - Any Issues?

Dont click the drop down at the bottom that is set to "tractor". If you click it a drop down appears that says "quick style chooser" and choices are "tractor" "copy of tractor" and "tractor june 14". I chose "copy of tractor" and you get a bunch of links and every thing is left justifed and all the ads and stuff are taken out and its jumbled up and is hard to read. Seems like it takes the software layout or template out of it. You then CANNOT select "tractor" again and are stuck in this garbled up version. The only way i got out was to select a past history in my drop down address bar and could then reselect "tractor" even though it appeared in the box already, if not chosen it when i clicked off that initial page i brought up i then got the page i wanted but in the garbled up version!!

Dont beleive me try it!

Sometimes the page numbers at the top of the page are over top of that add that appears right about either the thread replys or the list of threads depending upon where you are?

Sometimes the box i type these replies in is white, sometimes grey?
Sometimes there is a list of options on the top of the reply box so i can change font size color etc other times its not there? This time there boxes are there but there all blank and white like i cant choose anything, but i can choose another, color, for example. But right now the "font" box is blank? but i have to have a font size? Other times it looks perfect and everything is filled in and "fancy" looking?

I generally like the new setup.

I generally wander in from time to time, and often my 'auto log in' has timed out or gotten cleaned away with cookie removal.

As it was many years ago, this popup reminder that I should log in comes up.

Over and over and over.

I dislike that. (Hate is such a strong word...)

Years ago, that popup would only appear once, and then be gone for the day if you said no thanks. I like to just browse the messages, and not have to log in every time, only log in when I feel I have something to add.

Also years ago, that pop-up really messed up Mac computers; on a PC today so don't know if that popup is Mac-friendly these days?

Anyhow, it broght back bad memories of how I used to dislike that popup, and it is even more insistant now that I have to log in.

I certainly understand the need to log in to post or see the finer details of your site, but I like to pop in and just browse some days, not waste the time of logging in for no reason.

Could you please change the light blue to something darker, or something more readable. This color is not good for these tired old eyes as I am sure some of the others would agree.

Just realized I was trying to post icos from bottom of page(pm's) instead of using side ones(icons).
This happened because of great eyesight as I've gotten older I have my screen vision set at 200.

I use iPhone app exclusively. Under current threads, I see the thread title in bold and then just below there used to be the first two or three lines of text from the original post. Since changeover,I now have the thread title in bold and two or three lines from the most recent post.

Hence, when scrolling thru, I'm seeing a series of "welcome aboard" replies instead of "I'm Don from Deluth with a Ford" original posts. It's like seeing the answer without seeing the question...

Also, like others have reported, the "participated" only shows threads that I've started, not ones where I've posted a reply.

Now I'm back home. The site looks great on the 24 inch monitor.

But ... Firefox 13 here won't refresh my FF taskbar icons that represent TBN, from Blue V to Yellow Tractor. I have tried F5, Ctl-F5, Ctl-R. The icons properly switched to Yellow Tractor on my ranch laptop as soon as I hit refresh (the round symbol at the right end of the Address field) but that and the other attempts didn't work here. Any suggestions?

are you stuck in mobile mode? see a link for "full site" or something similar? try that if you see it,

also clear your cache and cookies. see if that works..

Afternoon all . obviously Im not a computer guru , it may be staring me in the face but I cant find how to start a new thread? Thanks whoever gave the tip on increasing font size.I use a laptop and no mouse so that made it a lot easier

Suppose you wanted to start a new thread in the News/Feedback section. You would go to News/Feedback. You should see a "+ Post New Thread" button in the upper left portion of your screen.

This may be peculiar to my browser (Firefox), but when I try to access the "Classifieds" from "Home," clicking on the "Private Party Ads" in the drop-down menu initiates the Mahindra video. I can obtain access to that section from other sections.
