FYI just so everybody gets to participate and we are providing what the members want, we are going to come up with a few more t-shirt ideas this week and let everybody vote on which one we will produce. Been a few days delay with the weekend and holiday but it's on the list to get done this week.

Thank you in advance for the jacket! 😁

And "IF" the T-shirts are NOT made in china, I'll probably want to buy one or more of them too ... !

We could source a usa made shirt at a much higher price point. I'll check

When I order my made in USA jeans, I quite often will add a T-shirt also made in USA, from Made in USA Shirts, T-Shirts, Work Shirts, Tops. American Made for 111 Years. they have a couple without there emblem on them, just a small patch near the bottom, kinda like Carhartt does ... They even make a "Tall" (longer body) size to thwart off "truckers-crack" !

I don't mind paying more for USA, but not opposed to other countries stuff, just mostly do without china stuff ... I actually haul quite bit of Carhartt that crosses the border into Laredo, TX from Mexico and deliver through out the USA ...

I’m a winner also. I need to know when it will arrive so I can let my insurance company know. It is a new truck I won right? :D

The short or long sleave option for my t=shirt doesn't matter to me, Muhammad.

What I am interested in is acquiring/buying a TBN Carhart coat.

Sure, it's almost Summer down here but, 'Winter is coming'.

I'd need to be able to 'size' it properly AND be able to pay for/ship it down here.

(Yes, I'm serious, Mate :) (y) )

I'll be coming around to punch a hole in the man card of every person here, who doesn't know their Carhartt jacket size, or have one hanging in the closet already to grab a size from. Tell me you don't have at least one Carhartt or Dickies jacket or coveralls, and I might even take your tractor keys away! :p

Still a good prize, since at least some of mine are so dirty or torn, they're not fit for wearing out in public anymore.

Good info, if this were a cooking forum. :p

Without looking in the closet or barn, thinking five coats and dozen(?) Shirts.

If you're like me, they're staged by how far gone they are. I have one covered in rust stains with stuffing coming out in at least 6 places, right up thru the one I keep clean for wearing to the store. My "dress" Carhartt, if you will! :ROFLMAO:

I've never been a slave to labels. I used to buy Levis, until I found a local store in CT, Bob's, that sold a pair that fit exactly the same, at 1/2 the price. For my work jacket, I bought Dri-Duck brand. Does everything I need from a canvas insulated jacket, well stained, but only repairs I made was the pocket lining from keeping screws in. I can't compare it to Carhartt as I never owned. i can say 4 years of 3 season use, going strong at a much lower price. Same with Deluth Trading. Always wanted the firehose pants, but never on sale, and now, they don't make a 36 length, common complaint. I did buy firehose shorts on clearance. Absolutely love them, but my Dickies work shorts are every bit as tough. All that said, I would be interested in the Carhartt jacket if the price point was right. I need a going to store jacket...

Lived in CT for a couple years. Loved Bob’s. Great selections and as you said, super prices.

Same. Sometimes you luck into finding a total no-name brand that's even better than the big label. But on the flip side of that, when you don't have time or interest in seeking those out, you at least know the big label is usually going to be as good as their reputation.

I know that rule has failed many times recently, as Sorrel, Muck Boots, and other brands have been bought up and off-shored. But when you don't have time to hunt down better alternatives, the name brand still often your best bet of expected quality.

Well, Mate. Feel free to come on down here and see what I've got. ;)

Mind you, I'd wager that you don't have an Akubra, Driza-bone, a pair of moleskin trousers or even a pair of R.M.Williams. Any 'Hard Yakka' workwear in your closet?

I've heard of this Carhartt brand of clothing, but that's about it.

Thank you 'Shawn T.W.' for the chart.

About 30 years ago I was complaining that I had recently bought a "ski" jacket for about $200.00 and wearing it to work, I ruined it in less than a month. Someone suggested that i should try Value Village, a used merchandise chain. I went through jackets pretty fast before I retired from my handyman service. I never paid more than $20.00 for one and they mostly looked almost new. I still regularly wear one I bought for $9.00 more than five years ago and is still OK to wear in public. I have another I wear in cold weather that still looks good and I think I paid $12.00.

I normally wear a "L" T-shirt, but these https://www.carhartt.com/product/K87/loose-fit-heavyweight-short-sleeve-pocket-t-shirt I wear a "M" ... And there is still plenty of room, while wearing a "L" jacket ... Or the above mentioned "XL" coat "Sherpa lined" I bought bigger than needed for cold weather use and an extra vest under it ...

I tried Duluth fire hose, returned the pants before the year warranty was up, color faded, two places worn through, one seam coming unstitched ... I wore out a vest in three years though, and still have another one ... Both in fire hose ...
