Forum Upgrade - Any Issues?

OK, o now we have a "like" button on each post. Could that be changed to show a "thumbs up" icon instead of a little heart? Does that show up on other viewers screens?

The favicon has returned to the blue VB checkbox as of 18:20 Eastern on FF13...

Muhammad, Im not sure if this has been mentioned, but with the new arrangement you cannot nest two special functions without extra steps. The functions sequence rather than nest. For example this should have had color nested in the bold because thats where the cursor was when color was chosen. Take a look at what happened by bringing it up as a QUOTE. ... Can you help with that? Also, can color names be descriptive rather than hexadecimal?

also i thought you said the new quick reply feature allowed me to hit reply and reply to a person and then not loose my place where i was in the thread. I replied to soundguys post about the white screen on page 44, it jumped me to the bottom reply box and when i hit post, i jumped to the end of the last page where i posted??? From your description i was thinking i should at least of stayed on page 44, and in your decription would jump back to the spot in the thread i was? I did not think this last part but did think i would stay on the page i was on.

on another forum i post in, i think if you reply and are on say page 1 of a 3 page reply your post appears at the bottom of the first page but is really not there it just shows up there to you, then when you finially get to the end of the third page its there at the bottom. May not be this way but that is what it looks like to me?

Try hitting bold and then choosing a color. The 2 commands dont nest.

I didn't read through the 45 pages of feedback, so this might have already been mentioned, but the icon to the left of each thread that displays whether or not I have posted in that thread or not is missing. Also the quick navigation drop down box is actually slower than the old one. Personally I liked the old format better.

anyone getting a HUGE lag when typing a reply. like typing and the text does not show up in the reply box till seconds or 30 or 40 later.. and then in bursts. like 1 line will appear.. then a lag then another line. just started happening 20m ago?

Odd, I see [COLOR="#0000FF"]this[/COLOR][B][/B] when I quote you. If I type, then choose blue and then choose to bold, it works as it should (like this), but if I hit Ctrl+Z in the middle, it goes to the end of the word.

I use the search button a lot and search is not coming up with stuff it used to. Even new posts I put up seem to not show up. For me this is a big issue.

I posted this in another thread, but since we are on the subject I thought I would post it here:

All the smiles look great (old and new)!!!

One thing: Can you move the ":thumbsup:" smile to the "generic smiles" from the "angry smiles"? That way it will be easier to find and show up on the advanced editor.
