Being as 1 L = 61.0237441 ci, a 6.2 L engine would be the same size as a 378.347213 ci engine.
Edit: Apparently the GM 6.2 is actually 6.16xxxxxxL so it has a displacement of ~376 ci

I have a GM 6.2L and its classified as a 377 CU IN.

I believe GM only offers the 6.0L engine, not the 6.2L in the 2500/3500 series trucks. The 6.2 is an aluminum block and not considered a heavy duty truck engine so they only offer it in the 1/2 ton models. The 6.0 L / 360hp is an iron block.

There are rumors of a 7.0 L truck engine coming in 2013 from GM for 2014 models though.

A friend of mine has one. It is nice.

But, keep in mind, it is a Hot Rod; it is made as a a desert runner. It is a niche truck, like that Dodge RAM1500 with the Viper V10, the Ford Lightening, or that older Chevy S10 Cyclone(?) with the twin turbo V6 and all wheel drive. None were tow trucks, but each was FAST...

An old friend, since passed away, had one of those Chevy S10 Cyclones; it would bark all four tires when you shifted if you were on the throttle hard...

Just an FYI and for informational purposes, The Syclone was a GMC, had a single liquid inter cooled turbo 4.3 V6, was well underrated at 280 H.P. and still is the fastest/quickest stock production pickup ever built. Stock GMC Syclone vs Modded Ford Lightning - YouTube

Please forgive me :D That was 15-20 years ago. I only rode in it a few times. Of those, he only got on it full throttle once(with me). It was quick; it barked all four tires in multiple gears, till he backed off the gas.

He sold it eventually. Then got a '71 Camaro SS. Yanked the 350 out, and dropped in one of those 502FI crate motors. Parked it next to the two Camaro convertible Indy Pace cars. He was into GM products, and collected a dozen or so various cars.

That pickup was faster/quicker than the 502 Camaro. Even though he had the tranny, rear end, brakes etc built to match the 502, he left the body stock. So, he could not get enough tire in the wheelwell to get traction with that big motor.

Miss him; he was a great hot rod, homebrew beer, and target shooting friend...

I will check again this weekend. I will be towing with him again. I swear it is a 6.2.

I did a small tune to my Lightning and it was a beast. Never ran it against a SRT10 but ran it against everything else including my dads and uncles Corvettes and it would always give them a run. Granted they were stock. It had so much torque it was tough to get the power to the ground. I always wished it was AWD. Forget about driving it in the rain and snow. It would turn the rears over sometimes just taking your foot off the brake.

Ummm, yeah......the SRT10 pickup made by Dodge is the fastest pickup produced by the factory. Dodge Ram SRT-10 Performance, Accessories & Road Test - Truck Trend

I found another website that made it the fastest around a racetrack also.

Well, that's why I Said "fastest/quickest" the GMC was the quickest in the quarter mile and trap speeds are debated a bit, but some people refer to 1/4 mile times as "fast" I call that quick myself. 0-60 and 1/4 mile times are used more often to compare street vehicles as they are easier to accomplish than 140mph top end runs that take a couple of miles start to finish.
