Oh, there goes the neighborhood but you bought a Kioti?? Hmmm...Are you aware of what comes out of South Korea?? We can start with tractors. One is orange and shares its name with a canine animal...that's right, Kioti. Yes, their headquarters is in NC but when I looked at the website, the Ansung warehouse is in TX so what is the difference? Ok, next we can name some more...LS...blue...also a headquarters in nc...yep, South Korea...they make 4 wheeled farm machines for Case IH and New Holland..oh, and Bobcat..good US brands, huh??? OK, Next comes less known TYM and Branson...same country. ....by the way, I looked at that ansung website...guess what? They make loaders and backhoes for New Holland(same as Case IH) and Kubota...so what brands are left???? Good ole Massey and JD....do some research and let me know where they're made...if you come up with USA, you're totally snowed.

I know my 1070 is built in Japan, not sure about current compact, although I know that JD still makes a lot of riding mowers in Horicon, WI. It did kind of frost me a little to find out that even in the late 80's early 90's a John Deere was built in Japan, but I am not sure you can buy a utility sized tractor made in USA anymore, though the 80 loader is made in USA.

But in Murphy's defense I was thinking the same thing right after the post with the link to the manufacturer.
