I picked up a few of those 15gal barrels at the local hospital that laundry soap comes in. I just put a spicket in the small bung hole, 3/4in pipe I think, and attached a piece of garden hose. In the large 2in bung hole I mounted a valvestem and used my small emergency air pump to pressurize the tank. I mounted the small barrel on its side on a wooden skid fastening to it with some old rachetstrap material. To refill, I just screwed out the 2in barrel bung and stuck in the garden hose from the house. I suspect you could do the same thing with a larger barrel or even a 250gal tote. Safe air pressure was only about 15psi air pressure, over that and you risk splitting the barrel. Ask me how I know!!! Worked pretty good for watering the garden. My setup empty only weighs maybe 10lbs, so its easy to set in and out of my gator. The air pump I just connect to the cigarett port already on the gator.
