I used to love
3 eggs with salsa beaten-in then scrambled. Eliminates need yo worry about sticking/dryness. When near done:
When I eat breakfast at work I have a ham and cheese omelet. I did not stay in a Holiday Inn last night but back in January I think I got Whooping Cough which has whooped my fanny!
What the heck does this have to do with breakfast and eggs?:laughing::laughing: I am getting there....
This cough really makes your throat sensitive. While I am much better now the throat is still sensitive. I have to be careful to not laugh or I will start coughing again. I pile salsa on my omelet at work. It usually is not spicy just just hot enough. When the cough was bad I had my usual breakfast and a bit of pepper seed stuck in my throat, which caused me to have a coughing fit.
I have not had salsa on my omelet since then and I had to go back to the old stand by which is ketchup. As a kid, and most of my adult life, I thought ketchup on eggs or an omelet was disgusting, but at some point I had some and really liked it. :confused3:
What make no sense to me, is that I only to this at work. I don't put ketchup or salsa on the eggs/omelet at home. Strange.
