Had a piece of baked wild sockeye salmon, 100% applesauce, some oven baked cauliflower and a glass of ice tea. Had some raw carrot pieces beforehand. Might have a few Kashi shredded wheat with cinnamon for dessert.

I apologize. I like Early Times just fine, I buy it by the case (in the 1.75 size). But I discovered it due to it's low price and kept buying it because it tasted good mixed.

I don't drink sugary sodas, I switched to diet decades ago, and I can't stand the sugary stuff, so I ALWAYS mix with diet (sorry again).

For GOOD Bourbon, I buy Booker, I keep it in my boot flask, and I have a couple bottles for my good friends.

For straight, I drink Irish, or occasionally singlemalt scotch.

I hope you can forgive me.

Booker straight (127-128 proof) is a bit strong, I've done it neat, or tippled it right out ouf my flask.

Sometimes I'll put it in a diet coke...

Last night I had a good dinner, I picked a few Morels, and a couple ****iki Mushrooms at the farm. We added a few Portabellas and a big slice of Onions. Started it cooking with some Olive Oil and Butter mix in the 12" cast Iron. We then tossed some raw Carrots and Broccoli into the steamer & made a bowl of fresh salad for us each.

Wehn the Skillet got good & hot I tossed in her Flank steak (split in half as she wants her's killed.) Left it cook for a while then tossed in my steak. Sizzled it all for about 10 min as the steamer finished it's thing and ate up... Hope ya enjoy the pics

Not me! And it looks like she is in good enough shape to cook her own bacon every day! Not just existing in a nursing home. I hope that I can do as well as she has!
